We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Santa Cruz Bicycles purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back into the original shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective packaging are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
